Luumii didn't began in a boardroom, but in the backseat of a car - on a long, early-morning drive to get their daughter to the school they believed in. 

As working parents managing full careers and growing their family, Curtis and Lynduel Mattair quickly realized they weren't alone. The daily challenge of safe consistent school transportation was one many families shared.

Curtis brings over 20 years of experience working with youth and has served as a teacher, coach, and mentor for the past 16 years. Honored as both Teacher of the Year and Coach of the Year, Curtis is known for his ability to connect with students from K-12th grade. Serving with Luumii is no different than teaching or coaching — it’s all about creating a safe, structured, and positive environment where every child feels seen, valued, and supported.

Lynduel brings over 16 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives across commercial and government sectors. As the founder of a national consulting firm and a devoted mother of two, she has built a career solving complex challenges with both heart and precision. For Lynduel, Luumii isn’t just a service—it’s a purpose-driven mission to give families peace of mind through thoughtful, high-quality experiences.
